Day 12: More on the Physical Body.
Your physical body is the vehicle for your spirit body. It is the avatar of your spiritual self. When you begin to close down emotionally this controls your physical heart. Your physical heart controls the amount of oxygen that flows through the body to your vital organs. Oxygen feeds the body, it brings to the cells of the body what they need to support life. Simple.
The physical human heart is the conduit for the spiritual energy of love. In this universe there are two major ruling energies: one is love, the other is fear, all other emotions flow in between.
When you are being subjected to an emotionally abusive relationship your physical heart is subject to running a large amount of the fight or flight response. If you do not engage in the proper exercise and diet during this time you are wearing your heart out. There is a wealth of credible information on this subject, including mathematical equations, to support that emotions create chemical reactions in the heart, mind, and body. If this is of interest to you I encourage you to pursue that knowledge.
What is important to know is that your physical body is being affected by the emotional response you experience. It can and does affect the vibrational frequency of your spirit body. Modern science is beginning to support that long periods of emotional dis – ease are a leading cause of different diseases. So ask yourself what is your life expectancy and your quality of life if you choose to allow yourself to be exposed to emotional abuse.
During my recovery process I used an additional tool called Spiritual Response Therapy which accelerated my healing and strengthening. It is a spiritual tool designed to connect with energy, and shift it with expedience. I can facilitate that energy for you, you can book an appointment by clicking here https://toolsofenergy.appointy.com/.
It is time for us to rise out of the darkness and into the light. This is my journey. May it bring you peace, and hope on your own journey, and as always make wise and safe choices.
