Day 13: Nutrition.
One of the aspects of my experience was that I noticed I had little interest in my diet. Not to say that I was not eating, because I was eating, but the amounts and choices were not for the highest good of my  physical body. This, I discovered later, had a lot to do with the way I felt about myself.

I am not a nutritionist, but I do know when my body has no energy, and when my brain seems fatigued. When you have no energy it is hard to do anything.

As each day passes and I feel better and better I have begun to take more interest in my physical body, and feeding it properly to support my spirit self. So bottom line here is seek some wisdom in your diet and make an effort to feed the physical body, the temple for your soul here on earth.
