45 Day to Reclaiming Your Emotional Health

 Walk of Faith

Day 15: Recognition of Mental / Emotional Energies, part 2

Review from yesterday: You are comprised of many different bodies and energy bodies. One of those bodies is your mental body, closely related to the emotional body. When you are subject to abuse or sociopathic behavior, and absorb that persons energy, it can become a weight of unbearable proportions. It can over time drain the very life blood out of you.

How can I get rid of it?  Recognize that the energy you are experiencing is being aimed at you and your self esteem. It is an energy that is best described as an emotional weapon and or torture device. The other persons inward emotions, let’s call it self hate, creates a miserable emotional existence for them, and whether they recognize it or not, that is what drives them to create it in their exterior world.

They may go between creating the cycle of abuse actively, and trying to find ways to relieve themselves from the emotional prison or roller coster they find themselves on. Please know that this is their internal struggle and there is no way for you to gage if it is true remorse and a desire to change, or part of the cycle of abuse. I found it best to err on the side of caution. Some good news is that I recently became aware that with dietary changes and some inner work these people can experience relief and change, but first they must desire to change. In my case what I found was that no amount of begging, pleading, reasoning, or threatening was enough to trigger the other person to recognize they were causing everyone around them to be miserable.

So how do you rid yourself of the emotional abuse? For me the first step was to recognize the behavior, and know that it was not mine, nor I need to own it, or absorb it, or allow it to ruin my health and well being. This for me was a huge weight. Once I got ahold of that piece and wrapped my head around it – I knew that the weight was no longer a cross I had to bare.

Tomorrow I will offer some tough love – the look inside to see how and why we got caught up in this the first place. I remember asking myself how did I get here, and why do I feel like I am constantly banging my head against the wall.

To strengthen your mental body ask God /SPIRIT to help you to see the truth and the light of the situation or person. Jesus is recorded as saying: “I am the Way, the Truth, and the Light”  (John 14:6). I encourage you to walk in the light and leave the maze of darkness.

During my recovery process I used an additional tool called Spiritual Response Therapy which accelerated my healing and strengthening. It is a spiritual tool designed to connect with energy, and shift it with expedience. I can facilitate that energy for you, you can book an appointment by clicking here https://toolsofenergy.appointy.com/.
