45 Day to Reclaiming Your Emotional Health

 Walk of Faith

Day 20: Congratulations, You are doing Awesome!

If you have felt a shift or are feeling a shift ~ congratulations you are doing Awesome!

If now time to approach victimlessnesshood. What? Up until now you have been in a role in a drama. The role is called victim. If it is your desire to no longer be a victim ~ it is time to release blame. You may have blamed the other person for being a bully, an Ass, or  a jerk. While this energy may be true of that person – your engagement to view this person in that energy creates a bond, a mirror, a magnet. So it is time to become less of a victim, create less victim likeness, and release, defuse, dissolve the bond.

For what good is a villain without his muse? How can an abuser abuse someone who no longer fills the role. The victim by releasing the desire to blame becomes the victor. Let me be plain, not the victor over the other person, but the victor of themselves.

Release blame over all levels ~ no blaming yourself either! You now have a new awareness in which to work. So do the work. If you find yourself saying: “Yeah, but. . . ” resist the yeahbut game it too is a victim game.

Revisit your list about what you value about yourself. Evaluate how you think others see you or value / devalue you.

Make the most out of what your best day, ask SPIRIT to help you through the worst days. Keep going. Know that SPIRIT loves you and will help you!
