Day 21: Taking the next step.
It is time to say goodbye to some of your past behaviors and habits.
Begin by changing the way you think about and embrace yourself.
Each day state out loud to yourself: I am loved, I am valued, there is only one me. I am beautiful, I am worthy, I am happy, I am whole, and I love being me!
I am sorry what did you say? “I love being me!” Shout it out if you can. Dance in the street, and shout it from the roof top (not literally of course). Allow your whole body to fill up with that wonderful feeling you get when you dance, move your hips, arms, or what ever you can.
Wake up early and watch the sun rise, go to the park and walk. Make something fun for dinner.
Let your heart expand as much as you can. Look yourself in the mirror and say: “Good morning, I love you!”
This is your time to shine.
