Day 22: The Gift of Serenity, love, peacefulness, and joy.
The Gift of Serenity, love, peacefulness, and joy. Say this out loud to yourself: I accept now SPIRIT’s / God’s gift of peace, love, joy, and serenity in my life. I accept this now.
How did that feel? Was there any part of your body that winced, tightened, or felt unsettled?
A lot of people ask me Deanna, how is it as an emotionally abused woman, you were able to regain your emotional health and increase your strength in your walk with SPIRIT / God? How did you trust that SPIRIT even existed, if you were living in place where you did not feel valued or appreciated?
I knew deep down inside that my life was not about being someone else emotional punching bag, and it was not about dying slowly because my body was storing such great amounts of pain for such a long period of time. The breaking point for me is when a friend insisted that I go into the doctor for depression. This was not at all my first choice, but in desperation: tired of feeling tired, tired of having money withheld from me so that I could not purchase food for my daughter, despondent because I felt there was no way out, and wondering why God has forsaken me, I went to the doctor.
The doctor diagnosed me with postpartum depression. I got assigned some pills, and was sent home. Deep inside I knew that I was in trouble. I had always been a bright loving person desiring to be loved and treated with respect. At that moment I was the furthest from that that I had ever been. I used to cry for long periods of time asking SPIRIT for help.
I knew that SPIRIT / God loved me even if my abuser did not appear to. I knew that I did not need to rely on any human to feel loved, valued, and appreciated. I also knew that in pure spirit form we are the closest to the love vibration. In the human form we perceive that we are separate from SPIRIT / Source and spend great amounts of time trying to achieve or attain oneness. In the “visual” absence of SPIRIT and perceiving SPIRIT to be external from ourselves we seek the love of other human beings.
So how did I minimize my pain, find the strength within, and begin my walk of faith? Well you might say it is in the secret sauce. Lol! But what it really was was accepting SPIRIT’s gift of freedom and the use of a wonderful tool. It had an instant impact on my life in a very positive manor.
In the days ahead I will share more about this wonderful life changing tool and how it can help you achieve your own more powerful inner mindset. It can help you break through self imposed barriers, and shift your life into a more authentic serenity, and put an end to your struggle to break the cycle of abuse. See you tomorrow!

During my recovery process I used an additional tool called Spiritual Response Therapy which accelerated my healing and strengthening. It is a spiritual tool designed to connect with energy, and shift it with expedience. I can facilitate that energy for you, you can book an appointment by clicking here https://toolsofenergy.appointy.com/.
