Time Change or A Time to Change?

Today I chose to begin my day by being thankful for the time change! Now I know that may not sound like me – because in the past I have been resistant to change and have had challenges with the energetic shifts change can bring, BUT . . . today I was grateful and opened my heart and mind to the experience.
The time change reminded me that it is time to shake things loose and dosome things differently. Vibrationally the earth is shifting into a period where fruits of the season are gathered and a time of rest is prepared.
So I began to think about my year and all the things that had transpired, all the trials that I had been through, all the great joy and laughter I had experienced, and all the places within myself that God / SPIRIT / Source had strengthened me. I thought about all the new people that had come into my life; as well as, all the friends who has stood by my side and supported me as I found my own path, shed my tears, and celebrated the milestones in my life.
In reflection I realized that what I had been experiencing was indeed change. I had grown, taken in new information, expelled old beliefs, released worn out perceptions, and let go of judgments on myself ~ in perfect harmony with

nature. I thought to myself, “How serendipitous!”
The beautiful trees in my neighborhood have been quietly and beautifully whispering to me. I have been watching their green leaves of growth experience change into the beautiful color of maturity. What the tree learned and expressed is now being reconciled and released.
Take a moment today to express gratitude for what you have experienced, and focus on the joys that enriched your life. Then think about the things that it is time to shake loose. What can you release or drop from your life that is not serving you. What steps can you take to move toward creating a more positive and abundant future? Begin now. Embrace change. Know that you are loved!
Blessings!
