Energy Shift Update: This is fall and generally the time of the year when things begin to slow down, the earth rest, and feelings of auld lang syne begin to stir up. Many busy themselves with preparations to travel, decorate, bake, or be with family and friends. There is generally a stillness on the earth that can be heard and felt. This year however, the vibrational frequencies are shifting toward change, wrapping up old issues, and spuring the resolution of unresolved energies from within. Many have shared with me feelings of being unsettled, restless, and cautious.

What is happening right now?

The energy shifts are a final flush, if you will, to reminding us to let go of the old. Our old haunting feelings of not being good enough, participating in relationships that no longer honor us, holding onto piles of stuff that we will never use. It is time to literally clean out the clutter of our lives mentally, emotionally, physically, spiritually, and energetically.

Lighten your load now as winter, which starts December 21st, will be a ripe time for deep contemplation and major shift toward self fulfillment and self purpose. Many questions that have remained unsolved will shift toward a quick, but subtle resolution.There will also be endings of relationships of all kinds as this planet shifts and prepares itself to enter the higher vibration that will happen in March 2016.

Like all things that shift in ease and grace the energies that are being downloaded now in subtle gentle shifts.  But make no mistake – THEY ARE PURPOSEFUL! So take the time now to do the work and commit yourself to the shift.

Allow yourself to wade in and move forward step by step ~ this may seem a little scary right now, but allow yourself to clear what ever you feel you need to or want to. Ask God / SPIRIT to help you know what is the old, and to have the wisdom on how to let go. By clearing out the old energy within, you are welcoming in new and clear thought patterns for your conscious mind.
