The Relationship Explosion!

What’s happening: The energies have shifted to explode the relationship dynamic big time! Imagine all your external relationship aspects being put into one big bag, and now you have to sort through it. The energy this week is supporting us opening the relationship bag with those who exist both outside and inside ourselves.

What does that mean? We have relationships with those who are outside of ourselves. Each person in our lives holds a role such as: husband, lover, child, mother, father, etc. Those same people also play a role inside of us.

Think for a moment about one person who is currently in your life physically, meaning you see them at least once a week in real-time. Now what emotions come up? What is the relationship like between the two of you? Is it extremely passionate, or hold a more chaotic quality?

Now, think about some one who elicits deep emotions, but is no longer a part of your day-to-day life. This may be an ex marriage partner, a female parent, or a sibling. If the emotion that comes up is one of anger, fear, or brings forth feelings of self-hatred, then this is a relationship that God / SPIRIT is asking you to take a look at.

If you have any feelings of depression or regret because of a spefic relationship, then it is time to dig deep and ask yourself why you have not forgiven them, or yourself, or both. Often times the emotion plays a role in who we are or who we see ourselves as being. God / SPIRIT / Source is asking you to draw a boundary in allowing that person or relationship to have such a dynamic impact on your day-to-day life. It is time to heal!

Recognizable elements of this shift:

• People that you have not hear from in years contacting you and reminding you why you are no longer interacting with them.
• Beating yourself up emotionally because you don’t measure up to the standards or ideals that person who played a role in your life set forth for you.
• Recognizing that the relationships of the past do not have to be the relationships of the future.
• Feelings of extreme passion with someone new in your life.
• A sense of being unable to communicate with others no matter how you try.

This week examine the energies that are testing you to look within and without. I encourage you to evolve your relationships to encompass those who promote your goodness and your healing. Make a plan to exit or enact boundaries with relationships that cause you to questions yourself.
