There have been so many dynamic shifts over the last several months that have empowered us to create a more authentic fully integrated self that is powerfully connected to the Divine.
Each day we will build momentum to your desired outcome by incorporating a small step toward embracing your heart centered authentic self, and align you with your inner compass as we count down to the New Year.
Yesterday we explored thought patterns and the limiting beliefs that can come through them. The question is how do you overcome these thought patterns?
Step One: Replace the old thought patterns with new ones.
State out-loud: “I am unique. I am worth everything. There is only one me with my unique talents and gifts. Only one me with my thoughts and experiences. All that I am accepts Divine Love and embraces it on every level of my being!”
Step two: Develop a new relationship.
Now its time to develop a relationship with yourself. It is you that will be giving you all the space you need to learn and grow, it is you that SPIRIT that will support. This life is about co-creation with SPIRIT. If it is your intent to create 20 minutes a day to expand yourself into your new reality – then SPIRIT will support you in manifesting that time. Move forward and trust.
Do you have the courage to accept yourself and where you are right now? The first step in creating a relationship with yourself is to accept yourself where you are right now. It is where you are in your experiential path. There is no judgement. It is simply where you are.
Take in a deep breath. Exhale. State out-loud: “I am a unique Divine Aspect of the Creator Source of All, I am loved, I Celebrate myself, I am beautiful, magnificent, and joyful right now, in this moment. And so it is.”
Today’s gift is to love yourself! Write out the statements above and put them on your mirror, or on your cell phone. Repeat them each time your thoughts turn negative.
