What’s happening:  The month of January is providing us an exciting start to the new year. The first day of the month was a supermoon and today is a full moon. The Super moon means it is closest to the planet during its orbit. The Blue moon means a second full moon that falls in a singular calender month. The second full moon will also blood moon or a total solar eclipse.

What does that mean? Simply put the ocean is made of salt, water, and electric. Your body is made of salt, water, and electric. It is easy to visually study the affects of the moon cycles on the ocean tides. The affects also extend to your physical human body, and help to support your energy in motion (also known as emotions).

This is the time to really focus on those hurts, pains, and unpleasant emotions that keep creaping in and trying to take over your thoughts. This this is the time to reclaim your life! This is the time to step in and take control and guide your life in a postive direction! All the past hurts, and the toxic shame can be alleviated!
