There have been so many dynamic shifts over the last several months that have beckoned us look at our shadow selves and create a more authentic fully integrated self.

The step for today is Willingness to Change. I know, I know, the elephant in the room. When I think about change I usually feel my stomach tighten, and a strong urge to run in the other direction. You too?
Let’s think about change in a different light. Can you think about something that has changed in your life recently that you are so glad that it did? Takes a minute doesn’t it? The reason is that most of us have been conditioned to experience change with a high level of stress intensity.
So why is change such a challenge? Part of the reason has to do with our own physiology, and the brain’s ability to reorganize itself by forming new neural connections. Re patterning the brain can be achieved through simple systematic steps that we will visit tomorrow.
How is the self-reflection going? My divine role is to hold space, share knowledge, and give you a nudge to explore outside your comfort zone.
