The step for today is Setting Goals. I know there is a lot to be said for setting goals. It can be fun and exciting if you know how to approach goal settings. Personally, I like to have a lot of paper or a spiral notebook. I find a quiet place to sit and allow the ideas to flow in a full on mind dump. After that I can see all my ideas outside of my head making it easier to evaluate which ideas will become long term or short term goals.
Setting goals is an excellent way to create room inside your mind so that you can work on the task at hand, and weed out the other items creeping around in your mind.
