Welcome to Empathic Empowerment!
Empaths and highly sensitive people are being called to make a dynamic impact in the future of the planet! This calling is shifting us at such a high rate of speed that I will be shifting the focus of the wisdom toward your spiritual growth.
Checking in four days ago, layers of physical consciousness shifted 25 degrees creating a higher frequency that will hold for the next one day. Areas of our subconscious mind that have to do with how we see ourselves. There is a more calm aspect today. A refreshing spiritual and energy breath to the last few days.
The new moon is bringing in refreshing energy and there is a lot of joyful energy that can be taken deep within.
Recommendations for today:
- Find a quite place for introspection
- Release any stressors that you can place on a calendar and create a time line of when to address them
- Consider how you feel about the key players in your life
- Bring your feelings on the key players within your heart and release all toxic energy
- Ask God / SPIRIT / SOURCE to help you see the key players for who they are
- Allow yourself to let go of the triggers others have on you
You must allow the new to come in.
