5 Healthy 💖 Strategies to Create Joy in Your Life🎈

To create joy in your life follow these 5 healthy strategies.

Sometimes I meet sensitives who are overwhelmed with stressful emotions and are frustrated that they are “internalizing the feelings and the pain of others”.

They are looking at the current state of the world and they start to spiral into fear because of the “new normal”.

What I tell them is that the focus that they put onto all the fear mongering in the media is keeping them in a place of lack of joy.

Yes, normal is changing at a rapid rate. Having joy is a choice.

What I desire you to connect with is that having and experiencing joy is a choice.

Realistically, you can’t ignore your new normal anymore . . . it is up to you to create it. Here are my personal healthy strategies to create joy in your life:

Joy Quotes: Put joy quotes on your cell phone, frame them and put them on your wall, or write them on a sticky note to post on your mirror or the fridge.

Create a joy journal: Find pictures, meme’s, or magazine clippings that make you happy. Put a few on them in your journal as a prompt to write about what brings you joy each day.

Create your own joy: What brings you joy, or brings a smile to your face. Engage in more of that. One of the most relaxing ways to create joy in your life is to simply be in the moment.

Affirm: Speak joy into your life by affirming the good things in your life like I have a warm place to sleep, I have people in my life who love me, or I am learning each day to see beyond my small world. SPIRIT / God / Source is loving me each day and in each moment now.

What brings you joy: Involving as many senses as you can into the experience of joy. If you like to cook, does tasting a new flavor or aroma brings you joy? Do you enjoy painting with your hands, or creating a new bowl using clay? If you redecorate a room, does that bring you joy through the stimulation of sight?

It is time for us to focus on our new normal, and create it consciously by creating the joy rather than asking, “Where is my joy?”

If you can focus on the higher vibration of the work that you came here to do as a sensitive, it will you in more of a high vibration place – and it will quite literally create a more joyous new normal for more people than you can possibly imagine.

The joy you create for yourself will flow out through your energy field and infect hundreds of others.

The more impact you have, the more you can change the energy of the world, and the experience of the greater amount of the people in this world. Please focus on creating joy in your own life first, and allow that to ripple out into the world.
