What you’re about to discover in your list will shock you . . . energy drainage isn’t random – it’s trackabe.
Here’s what most energy protection teachers aren’t telling you . . . it’s not about getting more sleep, doing more yoga, or meditating.
Your energy drain has a pattern, and today we’re going to expose it.
Here is how you can uncover the pattern. Deanna explains the first step to reclaiming your energy sovereignty.
Quick Exercise:
- Open your phone notes
- List everyone you’ve interacted with in the last 48 hours
- Mark each person with: ⚡️ = Felt drained after 💫 = Energy stayed stable ✨ = Felt energized after
Power Exercise: Next to the person with ⚡️ = Felt drained after. Ask yourself did they also leave you feeling: • Mentally foggy • Physically tired • Emotionally heavy • Energetically depleted?
