Super Moon Energy

What’s happening: A super moon holds a powerful energy as it increases the vibrational frequency of the heart,  it stirs up emotions, it lays down a peace between matters of the heart and matters of the brain.

What does that mean? Imagine a sling shot fully pulled back, and positioned to propel a projectile to the furthest point possible with only a slight nudge. The energy currently flowing is uplifting and pushing us forward at the same time: dragging your feet is not an option at this point.

Recognizable elements of this shift:

• If there is something that you desire to be and have been putting off engaging it fully, you may be experiencing a high level of anxiety.
• Vivid dreams working out issues from the past and bring forward a feeling of resolution.
